Files and downloads
What format are the files in?
All backing tracks are available as MP3 at 320 kbps. Some tracks are also available in lossless WAV — you choose the format when buying, and the WAV version costs more than MP3.
Do the files include the song lyrics?
No. MP3 and WAV files contain audio only — they have no embedded lyrics that would display during playback. You need to prepare the lyrics yourself.
How long do I have access to download the files?
The download link is valid for 7 days from the time of purchase. Each file can be downloaded a maximum of 3 times.
How quickly will I receive the files after payment?
Files are available immediately after payment is processed. For fast transfers and BLIK, this usually takes a few seconds.
What if the download link expires?
If you don't download the files within 7 days, contact us and we will generate a new download link.
Payments and invoices
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments through Paynow, including fast bank transfers and BLIK.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, VAT invoices are available upon customer request. Invoices are issued at the end of the billing month. To request an invoice, please contact us at sklep@karaoke24.pl
Usage and returns
Are the backing tracks legal?
Yes. We sell them under an agreement with ZAiKS.
Can I use the tracks for public performances?
Purchased tracks are intended for personal use. For public performances or commercial use, please contact us to discuss licensing terms.
Can I return a purchased track?
According to consumer rights law, digital products are not eligible for return after download has begun. Therefore, we encourage you to listen to the preview before purchasing.

Can I listen to the track before purchasing?
Yes! Each product has a play button that allows you to listen to a preview before purchasing.
Do the tracks include vocals?
No, the backing tracks have no lead vocals — they are instrumental versions for singing yourself. A few tracks have an extra variant with backing vocals, described on the track page.
Is it possible to change the key of a track?
We do not change the key of purchased tracks. Some songs are available in several keys as separate items in the catalog — the key of every track is shown in the list and on the track page.
Do you create custom or commissioned tracks?
We do not create custom or commissioned tracks. If you can't find a particular song in our catalog, please use the "Suggest a Song" form – we'll consider adding it to our library.
