"Save More" Promotion Terms

The organizer of the "Save More" promotion (hereinafter: "Promotion") is the owner of the Karaoke24.pl online store (hereinafter: "Organizer").

The Promotion runs from the date of its launch until the end date indicated on the store's website. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Promotion early without giving a reason.

The Promotion gives you a discount on your entire order. The higher your cart total, the bigger your savings:

• The discount is calculated on the total order value (before discount).
• The discount is applied automatically — no code needed.
• Only one discount code from the Promotion can be applied per order.
• The discount cannot be combined with other discount codes.
• The Promotion may require subscribing to the Karaoke24.pl newsletter.

• The Promotion is open to all customers of the Karaoke24.pl store.
• To take advantage of the Promotion, simply add enough products to reach the qualifying cart total.
• The Promotion applies to products available in the Karaoke24.pl store at the time of placing the order.

The Promotion constitutes a conditional discount based on the total order value. The prices of individual products displayed on product pages do not change — the discount is applied only to the total cart value. In accordance with the guidelines of the President of UOKiK, a discount on the entire order conditional on its value is a conditional promotion and does not require displaying the lowest price from 30 days before the reduction for individual products.

Any complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted via the contact form available on Karaoke24.pl. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

• The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the store's website.
• Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
• Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
