  • subjective assessment of the artistic, sound or aesthetic quality of the backing track
  • non-conformity with the Customer's expectations, if the purchased backing track corresponds to the demo version (DEMO) made available before purchase
  • preferences regarding the style of performance, choice of instruments or sound that do not constitute a technical defect

The demo version (DEMO) constitutes a binding product sample within the meaning of Art. 43b(1)(2) of the Consumer Rights Act.

8. License and File Protection

Upon delivery of the Digital Content, the Seller grants the Customer a non-exclusive license to use the purchased backing tracks under the following conditions:

  • The license is granted for an indefinite period (perpetual).
  • The license authorizes the use of the Product in the following fields: a) playback for personal use, b) public performance during live events (concerts, parties, events), c) recording on the Customer's own media.
  • The license does not authorize: a) sublicensing, b) resale or lending, c) publishing the backing track alone (without vocals) on the Internet or file-sharing networks.
  • Publishing recordings using the purchased backing track on streaming platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and others) is permitted only if the performer's vocal track has been recorded over the backing track. Publishing the instrumental backing track alone (without vocals) is prohibited.
  • For each publication of a recording with vocals on streaming platforms, it is REQUIRED to include the following information in the description: 'Backing track: karaoke24.pl'.
  • All files contain a unique digital signature (watermark) enabling identification of the Buyer. Removing or modifying the watermark is prohibited.
  • Commercial use beyond public performance (e.g., phonogram production, synchronization with video) requires a separate license – please contact: sklep@karaoke24.pl.
  • In case of license violation, the Seller reserves the right to: a) immediately block the Buyer's account, b) pursue compensation, c) report the violation to law enforcement.
  • The Buyer bears full responsibility for any damages resulting from unauthorized distribution of files.

9. Technical Requirements

  • A web browser with JavaScript enabled is required to use the store.
  • An active email address is required to receive the download link for purchased files.
  • Files are delivered in MP3 320kbps format, which requires an appropriate player to play.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms through the ODR platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • In case of disputes with consumers, the court competent for the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
  • Disputes with entrepreneurs shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.

11. Product Reviews and Ratings

The Store lets Customers rate products they have purchased. Below we explain how we collect, verify and present ratings, in line with the requirements for consumer reviews (the Omnibus Directive).

  • Star ratings (on a 1–5 scale) may be submitted only by verified Customers who actually purchased the product in the Store. Each rating is tied to a paid order containing that product — the Store does not publish ratings from people who did not buy the product.
  • A rating can be submitted from the Customer account (order history), the order page, or via a link sent by email after purchase. This ensures published ratings come from genuine buyers.
  • Each Customer may submit one rating per product. Immediately after submitting, the Customer may correct it for a short time; a later change requires contacting the Store.
  • On the product page we show the average rating and the number of ratings. The Store does not hide, remove or distort negative ratings, and the way they are presented does not depend on the rating value.
  • Ratings are published immediately upon submission — they are not withheld for prior approval. The Store moderates them only after publication and may remove or reject a rating solely for an objective, documented reason (e.g. spam, personal data, unlawful or offensive content).
  • The Store may reward Customers with a discount (e.g. 10%) on their next purchase for rating a purchased product. The discount is granted for submitting a rating alone — regardless of the number of stars given and without requiring a positive rating. A Customer holds one active discount code at a time; rating several products does not multiply codes, and a new code becomes available only after the previous one is used or expires. The code is single-use, valid for a limited time, cannot be combined with another discount code, and is shown after the rating is submitted or when the Customer already holds an active code (never in the e-mail). Ratings collected this way are marked as incentivized.
  • We send rating requests on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) as a message concerning a completed purchase. You can object to this processing at any time by contacting us at sklep@karaoke24.pl.
  • The Store does not post fake or sponsored ratings and does not commission third parties to submit them.

12. Final Provisions

  • The Seller reserves the right to change these terms for important reasons, such as changes in legislation or expansion of services.
  • The Seller will inform about changes to the terms by publishing a new version on the store's website.
  • Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
  • In case of discrepancies between language versions of these terms, the Polish version shall prevail.
